Baby Bump photography

There’s something so special about doing a photoshoot session with a mom to-be .. it always brings back so many emotions to me and reminds me of all the things that come with pregnancy. Yes there’s swollen feet, sore backs and lots and lots of food … but there is also that feeling of butterflies , the little kicks and the joy of spotting a foot protruding from your  belly that is so magical . The feeling of a little life growing inside you does not compare to anything in this world. Leanne came to me for a photo session earlier this year with her lovely ‘bumpeen’ and I must say she looked utterly ethereal . She had her makeup done by her super talented sister Ashleigh Halpin whom I had the pleasure of working with before.  Check out her beautiful makeup work on facebook . We opted to take a few dreamy style images and then some beautiful darker more opulent portrait style ones here at the studio. We had the giggles drank the tea and kept the Gaviscon to hand during the shoot . Thanks Leanne for sharing this wonderful milestone with me I loved every minute. xxx Natalie
