I recently got to catch up with a wonderful client of mine that I hadn’t seen in a few years. We managed to keep in touch on Facebook and I noticed she was on a rather interesting journey. We managed to grab a photoshoot and a catch up together and I quizzed her about what was going on with her at the moment and the fact that she is half the size of when I last met her !  I thought she was beautiful either size but internally we all have to do what makes us happy in the long run.

Susie  runs a complementary therapies school in Tipperary and Cork City. She is  a tutor, Life/Executive Coach and Mentor and facilitator. In her own words ” I am very ambitious and driven with a very strong work ethic. My passions in life .. my hubby.. my dogs.. teaching .. reflexology and people!!”  She absolutely loves helping people to be accepting of themselves and to realise their full potential, relative to them”.

“I am a strong advocate of if you talk the talk.. then walk the walk and after struggling with my weight for years, I decided to change my body but really the aim was to be happier in my own skin, to feel sexier for my gorgeous hubby and to be healthier. So after years of poor diets etc I decided to tackle my weight issues, improve my diet and  here I am ten stone lighter physically and 100 stone lighter mentally “!

As she says dreams don’t just happen, you have got to make them happen. Work hard, enjoy the journey and leave a little sparkle wherever you go !!

I have had a reflexology session with Susie and found it to be a truly amazing experience. I can’t wait for my next one so a road trip is in order soon to Tipperary.  It will remind me of  my ‘Trip to Tipp’ back in the day without the tents and muck. (only my ’90’s heads’ will remember those gigs !!) Susie has also challenged me to do a video clip of myself for facebook so will see how we get on with that one in the near future lol #steppingOutofTheComfortZone 🙂
